About Us:

The Fraser Cultural Centre, (FCC) located on Main Street in Tatamagouche houses the area's Visitor Information Centre, an Anna Swan Display, the Fraser Art Gallery and The Gift Shop. The FCC is the home of the Northumberland Arts Council whose mandate is to promote the Arts, Crafts, and Cultural activities along the North Shore and to assist in the preservation and presentation of the heritage of the area.

The Centre offers many interesting programs, workshops and the beautiful Artworks of local children and adults (and some from away) in the Fraser Gallery.

Hundreds of visitors enjoy good food and lots of fun at the many festivals and events held at the Fraser Cultural Centre each year, including the Blueberry Festival, the Oktoberfest Quilt Sale, The Christmas Tree Festival and the Ceilidh, all hosted by the Northumberland Arts Council.
