History

Meadow Brook Farm is a small family owned farm located on the outskirts of Tatamagouche. The Farm has an on-site government inspected meat shop and abattoir. We have been in operation since 1998.

Philosophy

Meadow Brook Farm's goal is to provide a product that is naturally grown without the aid of antibiotics and growth promotants at a fair and reasonable price. With the belief farm animals were intended to be raised on a total diet of grasses, legumes and grains. All animals' feed are enhanced with protein through the use of soybean, not with animal by-products or chemicals.

Products

A wide variety of meats are available from pork, beef, freerange chicken, lamb, and free range turkey.

Specialty items include home cured and smoked pork chops, bacon, and ham.

You can find several different flavours of fresh sausages and for your BBQ needs kabobs, marinated steaks and delicious pork chops.
